Dispatch Period
In order to give you the widest variaty of shirt styles available at a reasonable cost, we advise that our shirts are 'Made to Order' and whilst we aim to despatch any stocked items within fifteen working days. However, 'Made to Order' items, stocked items requiring modifications or shirts requiring button cuffs or pockets may take a little longer. If you return an item for an exchange that is in stock then we will despatch your exchange as soon as possible. Your business means a lot to us and we do not want to lose it.
Delivery in the UK is standard at £4.95. Spend over £200 and delivery is FREE.
International Delivery
Whilst we are a UK comapny, WH Taylor Shirtmakers has established arrangements for delivery in the USA and all other European Countries at standard charge of $15 USD. However, sales to other territories, purchases made will also be at the standard delivery charge of $15 and have extablished delivery arrangements for customers in:

- Canada
- Hong Kong
- Japan
- Kuwait
- New Zealand
- Singapore
- Thailand
- United Arab Emirates

Please note that as a security measure we do undertake random checks to ensure the consistency and accuracy of your name, address, and telephone number and email address. In addition, any orders places outside of the European Union maybe subject to local duties and taxes for which we must stress these are the full responsibility of the customer and not Coles Distribution. Any item returned as undelivered for reasons beyond ours or our couriers reasonable control then any refund applicable shall be refunded less incurred costs.
Parcels delayed or missing abroad
Unfortunately most parcels abroad undelivered turn out to be either held in customs awaiting import duty/clearance or an attempt to deliver has been made awaiting a re-arrangement for collection. In either case the parcel is delayed for upto 13 weeks (depending on location) held in a warehouse before being processed for return or is considered lost. In all cases we have to liaise with UK agents and the postal service before processing refunds. Please note that this can take approximately 2 month from notification of non receipt to verify the location of a parcel as they have to liaise with other countries.
